Description: TC 10000 are metal-complex, bisulphonated, liquids dyes at high concentration in PM solution.
Utilization: An excellent choice for roller and spray painting of wood frames, friezes and pieces of furniture. These products are characterized by excellent clarity which allows you to obtain bright and uniform applications, both with manual airbrushes or automatic sprayers. They can also be used with brush or cloth. May be used as a corrective to give brilliance and three-dimensionality to cloth or scrubbing patinas.
Solubility: Good in water, glycols, alcohols - Fair in acetone
Miscibility: The products of TC 10000 series are miscible with each other in any ratio to allow you to independently create new customized solutions
Overpainting: These are versatile products which may be used with nitrocellulose, polyurethane and acrylic cycles and with water-based primers nd finishes furthermore, after application of a sealer, it is possible to use them in polyester cycles.

Spray Dilution: Can be diluted in water, PM, acetone or provide a diluent : the DS 23 according to the intensity to be obtained.To other solvent systems it is always recommended a dilution of 1: 1 PM.

Manual spray: The recommended dilution is 1:10.

Spraying machine: dilution for a medium intensity hue is from 1:15 to 1:20

● In case you want to get a more uniform effect you can add a 10 to 20% of our vehicle VL02
● In case you want the pore to stand out more it is possible to add a 10- 20% of our DR09 thinner.

Roller: To get the best result we suggest adding an approximately 30% of the special transparent vehicle VL 05 to increase the transport on roller coaters.The hardness of the rubber roller must be of 20-30 Shores.Sanding of raw wood is of significant importance and is recommended for the white point using cards with grit 150-180, while for dark colors cards with grit 120-150.They can be diluted with PM or we provide our special thinners(DR09 or DR03).
